As an Omaha native, I've witnessed our city's growth firsthand and am thrilled to partner with local companies that share my commitment to fostering meaningful careers. I don't treat recruitment as a transaction — I treat it as a relationship that I'm honored to be trusted with.
Beyond my role as Founder and Recruiter, I'm also a proud wife to my best friend, Ben. Together, we're raising three energetic kids and sharing our chaos with our playful chocolate Lab, Stella. Balancing my professional ambitions with a vibrant family life keeps me inspired and motivated every day.
